Event at Tao Center

A women?s self-defense course will be offered on Saturday May19, 2008 from 9:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at The Tao Center. 855 Springfield Hwy Suite 108, in Goodlettsville TN. Glenn Pearson a third level black belt in Bando, will be the instructor. Glenn has many years of experience in teaching self-defense to women and concentrates on teaching real life situations. He has trained with federal and military officials as well as police force personnel. Cost will be $40.00 per person for the two-hour course. A yoga class following the self-defense class will be included. This class has limited availability, and is limited to the first twenty participants.
