Glenn Pearson a third level black belt in Bando\, will be the instructor. Glenn has many years of experience in teaching self-defense to women and concentrates on teaching real life situations. He has trained with federal and military officials as well as police force personnel. Cost will be $40.00 per person for the two-hour course. A yoga class following the self-defense class will be included.\n\nThis class has limited availability\, and is limited to the first twenty participants.
