My passion is to help leaders experience maximum achievement in their lives. Growing leaders are necessary for a growing vision. This is the reason I joined the John Maxwell Team. As a leader of non-profit organizations for 38 years, I have an extensive background in developing paid and volunteer staffs. In addition to extensive public speaking experience, I have supplemented my formal graduate and post-graduate training with continuimg education in speaking and leadership development. This commitment to personal growth compelled me to learn and apply the leadership principles developed by John Maxwell. I am now trained and certified to utilize the resources and knowledge of John Maxwell to help others experience their full leadership potential.
