As a leader of non-profit organizations for 38 years\, I have an extensive background in developing paid and volunteer staffs. In addition to extensive public speaking experience\, I have supplemented my formal graduate and post-graduate training with continuimg education in speaking and leadership development. This commitment to personal growth compelled me to learn and apply the leadership principles developed by John Maxwell.
