About Us
Path Recovery is a fully licensed, comprehensive substance-abuse and mental health facility. Path offers a spectrum of care levels, including Outpatient Detox, a partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient (OP).
This facility stands out for its unique approach, intertwining the time – tested 12 steps of anonymous programs, with a personalized treatment plan for each individual, acknowledging the distinct journey each person must undertake in their road to recovery.
The founders, drawing from their own experiences in recovery, have instilled a philosophy that no two recovery journeys are identical, thereby ensuring that each client receives a program that resonates with their personal needs and circumstances.
Paths program is designed to reintegrate our friends & family back into society, equipped with the necessary tools and life skills, to maintain their long term sobriety and well-being. Our program includes Outpatient Detox, MAT, PHP, IOP & OP 615-946-6992
