We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our insurance products and services through outbound calls and relationship building.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to leads to introduce our insurance products and services.
• Schedule appointments for our insurance agents to further discuss policies and provide quotes.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update client information in our database.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly goals.
Requirements:
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• People-oriented
• Detail oriented
• Proactive in problem solving
• Able to learn computer functions and systems
• Ability to work in a team environment
Qualifications:

- Fluency in Spanish is not a requirement but is favored
- Must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs
- Must be able to pass a background check
