Davidson Academy is seeking a Christ-following, motivated, organized, detail-oriented, Preschool Director with a passion for providing a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment conducive to learning for Davidson Academy Preschool’s students. The Preschool Director will operate the preschool in accordance with its mission, vision, policies, and procedures and state licensing standards. Responsible for supervising and coordinating quality care for preschool children in a safe and nurturing environment. The Director will be responsible to plan and conduct an effective child development program to meet the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual needs of each child, to maintain high standards of customer service by establishing positive relationships with families; to effectively manage staff, finances, admissions, and operations of the preschool program; and to advocate for the importance of early childhood education in the community.
