Workshop: Leading AI Ready Teams

Please join us for a workshop with the Nashville Business Incubation Center, lead by Dawn M Mason, MBA. This workshop equips people leaders and business owners with people-first leadership practices to guide teams through AI adoption and evolving work. Participants learn how to recognize readiness barriers, build trust, address resistance, and create the conditions employees need to approach AI-related change with greater confidence.
