Reserve Selections

2008 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve

Aromas of rich berries and soft oak entice you to try this deep red blooded robust creation. Aged to bring forth rich flavor and maturity. The tannins are well-integrated, providing structure to support the wine's opulent fruit.

2008 Merlot Reserve

Breathe in mature oak and layers of complexity and luxuriate in the black velvet texture of this wine. This cache of wine commingles dense tannins & chocolaty fruit. The long finish leaves you with a hint of spices and oak.

Aged two full years in Oak barrels, for a luxurious finished product. These two vintages add depth to our growing selection of dry red wines.

The Reserves will not be available for tasting every day, but on the 9th you can sample both vintages all day long. If dry wines don't suit your fancy, then there are plenty other selections that might satisfy your taste buds. For those of you who enjoy dry robust reds- then you can have an afternoon delight with our two new wines.

Cherries soaked in our Blackberry Ruby Port for weeks and then carefully covered in chocolate. Each piece is homemade with special effort.
