Incredible Dave's will be hosting a Joint Chambers After Hours Mixer with Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, and Madison/Rivergate Chambers, cash bar, music, great networking and friends and new acquaintances.  

Incredible Dave's award winning chef, Nick Smith, has put together a special menu for the evening along with a paring of libations that we hope will bring new sensations to your palate.

Menu:

Roasted Butternut Squash Bisque – garnished with crème fraiche Chardonnay Spiced Rubbed New York Strip – served with a sweet potato puree Shiraz Baked Apples – with a bourbon brown glaze

Pulled Pork Sliders – pulled pork with a chipotle molasses BBQ sauce topped with a vinegar based cole slaw Yazoo Dos Perros Ale KY Hot Brown – toast point topped with roasted turkey, white cheddar and parm mornay and topped with a roma tomato and bentos bacon Pinor Noir Bacon Wrapped Shrimp – butterflied shrimp wrapped in an applewood smoked bacon seared to perfection Pinot Grigio Mixed Green Salad – mixed greens with house made croutons, blue cheese crumbles and an apple cider vinaigrette Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus.
