The Better Business Bureau is offering a 2 hour workshop on Outstanding Customer Service; How to Exceed Customer Expectations. This course is excellent for frontline staff as well as all internal employees. It covers basic techniques in customer service attitudes, speaking styles and positive vs. negative communications and feelings. It is a fun and exciting training course and is very interactive! The participants will laugh, have fun, learn something new and be reminded of something they may have forgotten in dealing with the public. Three different times are available so you may choose the time that fits best in your schedule.
