6th Annual Pancake Feast benefitting the Goodlettsville Help Center
This All You Can Eat Sausage and Pancakes Buffet is in its 6th year and is promoted to benefit the Goodlettsville Help Center. The Help Center is a locally operated organization supported by area churches that provides food, clothes and financial assistance to needy families in the Goodlettsville area. The efforts of this organization are especially important during the holiday season. As was done last year, the General Store will also be open to raise money for the Help Center. Products include brand new clothing items, household accessories, shoes and much more at better than bargain prices. Also between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 am will be the annual Silent Auction. Items are donated from local businesses in and around the Goodlettsville area.
In years past, this affair has been held at the Goodlettsville Middle School but due to the overwhelming growth, this year’s event will be hosted at Goodlettsville First Baptist Church located at 613 South Main Street (Dickerson Pike). The serving line will open at 7:30 am and remain open until 10 AM. Advance tickets can be purchased for only $6 each at the Goodlettsville Area Chamber of Commerce located at 117 North Main Street (Dickerson Pike), Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Tickets will be $7 per person at the door.
Rudy Kalis, Sports Anchor for WSMV’s Channel 4 News will be the honored guest. Rudy has been with WSMV since August 1974 where he has won numerous awards during his career. In addition, there will be performances by local artist, musicians and dancers.
